I am an absolute novice to skins, HTML, CSS, all of it.
When I'm searching on Ao3, I want preselected canonical tags to be highlighted.
It took me 20 minutes to use the "inspect" tool in my web browser to find

It took me 20 minutes to use the "inspect" tool in my web browser to find <li class = ...
So if an ~element~ on the page links to a specific url, <mark> but... mark is HTML?
But I don't understand... 90% of ^that^.
