This should give something a bit like rb's EasyRead layout for Dreamwidth, with larger fonts, the side navigation turned into top navigation, and the filters removed so that the works listings use the full width of the page.

Clean Blue

This one is designed to give an idea how much you can change the design, like CSS Zen Garden. I've changed the colours to a blue theme, changed the shape of the buttons and moved a few bits around.
